Be extremely friendly, read your tables before doing some things like drawing smiley faces or squatting down. Some people like it, some people will think your a nut.
The biggest thing is to increase PPA and know when to do it. I know this sounds bad, but the tables you think will tip big, sell them on stuff that will increase the check average. Those who are complaining about stupid stuff and being difficult, greet them, feed them, street them.
