Nope. Wrong. Until it's ruled unconstitutional, it's NOT unconstitutional. And guess what? You don't determine that, the courts do.

And this isn't a unique situation. Ever hear of emminent domain? Or a real estate agent having to share part of his or her commission with the rest of the office?
